About Wendy Ponte

Wendy Ponte has had a lifetime passion for homes and likes to tell people the story of how she used to create floor plans as a young child, using her brother's Legos to create the layout. Now she uses that passion, and her background as a scenic designer for theater and television create expertise in evaluating any home's potential-- and in matching her homebuyers with that ideal property.

As a realtor, Wendy brings dedication and attention to detail to the complex home buying process. You can count on individualized service, whether you are a first time buyer or looking to downsize. Being a part of Coldwell Banker Burnet's Lakes office provides a score of resources to help reach her service goals.

On a personal note, Wendy lives in the Minneapolis Lakes area and enjoys participating in book clubs and knitting groups. She likes to spend as much time as possible in nature, walking and hiking, and exploring parts of the world she has not yet seen.

Wendy is on the board of the Linden Hills Food Coop and its Member Linkage Committee. She also sits on the Linden Hills Neighborhood Council and participates in the Zoning and Housing Committee. She is a member of the First Unitarian Universalist church in Minneapolis where she likes to get involved with activities such as Habitat for Humanity.
